Snohomish County Public Works is Hosting an Open House for Five Infrastructure Projects near Lynnwood

Project locations include Alderwood Mall Parkway, Ash Way, 164th Ave SE, 36th/35th Ave W and the Interurban Trail

 

EVERETT, Wash., October 4, 2022 – The unincorporated Lynnwood area is one of the most densely populated in Snohomish County. Lynnwood is also a significant retail engine in the county and is expecting the arrival of light rail service in 2024. To meet traffic and pedestrian demands in the surrounding unincorporated area, Snohomish County Public Works is planning five infrastructure improvement projects. These projects are expected to go to construction during the next four plus years. The department will host an open house to present information, discuss the five upcoming projects and seek feedback from the community.  

 

The projects are:

 

Open House: Lynnwood Area Road and Trail Improvements

  • When: Wednesday, October 12, 2022 – Stop by any time between 5:00 and 7:00 p.m.
  • Where: Alderwood Water and Wastewater District Offices

               3626 156th St SW, Lynnwood, 98087

  • What: Residents of the area, commuters, and families of nearby schools are invited to discuss the five projects. Staff will be available to answer questions about the projects and gather feedback.
