Registration now open for Focus on Farming sponsors, attendees

Discounted early registration for Focus on Farming is now open. If you're planning to attend, the cost is $60 for adults, $30 for cultivating success/college students, and $15 for youth.

Sponsorship opportunities are also available, and vary from $250 for table sponsors to $5,000 for conference sponsors and $10,000 for premier conference sponsors. Sponsorship forms can be downloaded online.

Workshops set for Focus on Farming

We're finalizing the last of the workshops for the 11th annual Focus on Farming conference. You can choose from 24 workshops in six different industry tracks. This year's offerings include the following:

  • Working effectively with your processor: Getting local meat to local markets
  • What's new for you in the 2014 Farm Bill
  • Government contracting and produce program opportunities (panel discussion)
  • Benefits of being a certified minority and/or women owned business
