On February 29, 2020 Wyatt County Park was transferred to the City of Lake Stevens who has renamed the park Davies Beach. The City of Lake Stevens is now responsible for the day to day maintenance and operations of the park.

Wyatt Park overlooks the beautiful waters of Lake Stevens and the picturesque snow-capped Cascade Mountains. Picnic or sunbathe on the lawn, fish from the dock, or launch your boat for water-skiing and boating from the modern boat launch.
The site was originally known as Davies Beach. The privately owned beach provided beach access and picnic sites to the local Lake Stevens community for decades. The Snohomish County Parks Department purchased the property and provided a developed parking lot and improved facilities. In the early 1990s the park was redeveloped and received dock and boat launch improvements and landscaping. On February 29, 2020 the park was transferred to the City of Lake Stevens who renamed the park Davies Beach.

Any purchased Snohomish County Annual Parking/Boat Permit, that has not expired, will be honored at Davies Beach.

Driving Directions
In Everett:
- Take the Snohomish-Wenatchee exit off I-5 onto US2
- Take the 20th Street Southeast exit at the end of the trestle
- Approximately two miles to a traffic light at SR9
- Cross the intersection
- Approximately two miles to a four-way stop
- Turn left onto South Lake Stevens Road
- Approximately 1/2 mile and turn left onto Davies Road
- One mile to park
- Park is on the right
