This is the person who filed the appeal, who owns the property, or who is authorized to handle appeal-related matters.
If providing your petition number, it will be in this format: 0000-22A (four digits, dash, year, type), eg. 0346-22R. This number can be found on your petition receipt letter or hearing notice.
If providing your parcel number, it will be 14 digits. This number can be found on your assessment notice, petition receipt letter, or hearing notice.
Choose yes if this appeal is part of an economic unit of multiple parcels (usually commercial appeals).
