Application - Early Reservation Request

  1. SUMMARY

Due to the complexity of organizing large outings, groups may book camping and shelter reservations beyond the standard 270 day limit (up to 365 days in advance).  To be eligible, the organization, or purpose of the reservation, must be aligned with Snohomish County Park's mission statement and/or have contributed volunteer hours towards Parks.  Reservations are limited to certain sections of parks, Kayak Point is not eligible, and blackout dates apply to  Flowing Lake and Wenberg Parks.  Restrictions apply and customer should review all prior to booking.  This application is for exceeding the 270 day (9 month) limit for overnight reservations only.  A Special Event application may also be required.

  2. Please review your answers carefully. If you have any questions, contact 425-388-6600 (M-F, 8:30am-4:30pm) prior to submitting form. INCOMPLETE ANSWERS OR SELECTIONS WHICH CONFLICT WITH POLICIES WILL RESULT IN DISAPPROVAL AND REQUIRE RE-SUBMITTING REQUEST. Submittal of application is not a guarantee the facilities you are requesting are available. Applications will be processed in the order they are received.  You will be contacted once application is processed.  Factors considered, when determining approval/disapproved status, include what is in the best interests of the general public and Snohomish County Parks and Recreation.   A deposit is due upon notification of approved status. No reservation is complete until payment, in full, is received.
