  1. Introduction
    The Department of Conservation & Natural Resources is taking proactive steps in preventing the spread of COVID-19. Your party will be limited to the capacity, physical distancing, and face covering requirements outlined in the governor’s Safe Start Washington Plan for Snohomish County. >

    The sections below are a condensed version of the requirements and restrictions necessary for indoor gatherings. If you and your party are unable to meet these criteria, please indicate on this form that you cannot do so, and would like to cancel your reservation or reservation request.

  2. Planning & Preparation*
    1. Indoor and outdoor occupancy is limited to 50% of maximum building capacity
    2. Events are limited to no more than 3 hours
    3. Inform all guests that they must self-screen for signs and symptoms of COVID-19 before arriving at the location
    • Temperature of 100.4°F will not be permitted to attend the event
    • Anyone with a household member who has been diagnosed with COVID-19 or with symptoms of (including a fever above 100.4°F) may not attend
    4. Inform the guests that their Host asks that they wear face coverings, maintain 6 feet of physical distance and wash their hands frequently while attending
    5. Implemented a plan to ensure proper physical distancing in lobby/waiting areas
    6. Arrange seating to have six feet of space between the seats. Members of the same household may be seated together as a single unit
    7. For outdoor seating, a tent/pop-up may be used. Structures should have no more than two walls to provide appropriate ventilation
    8. Place tables far enough apart so that at least six feet separate any occupied chair
    9. Keep a log of attendees and retain for at least two weeks

  3. During the Event*

    1. All persons shall wear face coverings/masks before, during, and after the event. This does not apply to individual(s) leading a service and speakers
    2. Wedding couples (if applicable) are exempted from the face covering and six feet physical distancing requirement during the ceremony so long as they maintain six feet of physical distance from all other persons.
    3. Keep doors and windows open where possible
    4. No more than 2 people in a restroom at a time.
    5. Encourage everyone to wash their hands regularly
    6. No direct physical contact between servers and attendees. NO communal container or plate.
    7. Buffets and salad bars are permitted and must follow Department of Health guidance.
    8. All parties and tables must be limited to five guests or less (whether indoor or outdoor).
    9. Indoor dining is limited to no more than 6 people to a table and two households.
    10. Any condiments typically left on the table (ketchup, soy sauce, etc.) must be single-use or sanitized after each use, if applicable.
    11. Guests must wear a cloth face covering anytime they are not seated or seated but not eating.
    12. No mingling; however, the wedding couple (if applicable) and/or the host is permitted to stand to greet guests so long as they strictly comply with the six feet physical distance and face covering requirements.
    13. No choir, band, or ensembles. Singing indoors is prohibited.
    14. Both a soloist and the congregation are permitted to sing during outdoor services, so long as all singers wear face coverings while singing.
    15. Pre-recorded music and microphones are allowed for the ceremony, toasts and other aspects of the wedding and reception, and to perform the role of emcee.
    16. Dancing is strictly limited to no more than ten from the same group (max. 2 households) on the dance floor at the same time and all must wear masks and remain at least six feet away from any other person. Masks are not required for the wedding couples dance and parents dance provided only one pair dance at a time (unless they’re from the same household.
    17. As part of the break-down, renter shall wipe-down chairs and tables with disinfectant.
