We recommend you confirm your hearing online. The online process does not permit you to confirm your hearing outside of the confirmation window, helping the user to confirm appropriately. The process also allows us to quickly respond by email if there is a concern with your confirmation, such as the hearing was not calendared properly or other issues.
If you do not have access to confirm online, you may call 425 388-3587 and leave a message with the information below. We are unable to respond by phone if there is an issue with your confirmation. Confirming online is the only way to receive a response from the system that your confirmation was received.Hearings specially set with an individual judge (not noted on regular motions calendars) must be confirmed directly with that judge’s law clerk. Judge’s phone numbers can be found online.
Please have the following information when confirming your hearing:• Case number• Case name• Date of hearing• Calendar on which your hearing is scheduled• Motion you are confirming• Your name and/or attorney’s name• Daytime phone number• Email address (if confirming online)

A confirmation email will be sent notifying you the information has been received by the Snohomish County Confirmations Office. If you do not receive this email within ½ hour of submitting your request, your online confirmation may not have processed properly. Please try the online confirmation process again or call the Confirmation Office at (425) 388-3587 to confirm your hearing. Please remember that all confirmations must be received no later than 12:00 noon, two court days before the hearing. When determining the confirmation deadline do not include weekends or court holidays.
Unfortunately, the Confirmation Office cannot call you to tell you we received your message or whether we were able to confirm your hearing. If the confirmation was not timely or was missing information, we are unable to confirm the hearing. Confirming online allows us to respond if there is an issue with your confirmation.
Failure to confirm your hearing will require that your motion be re-noted.
You may strike or continue a hearing online any time prior to the end of confirmation period. After that time period, only strikes and re-notes are allowed. Failure to notify the court of a hearing not going forward can result in sanctions. No confirmed hearing may be continued after 5 p.m. two court days prior to the hearing unless agreed upon by the court.
The Confirmation Office can only accept continuances which have been agreed to by all involved parties. If service has not been accomplished, the hearing cannot be continued, it must be re-noted.
Per Snohomish County Local Court Rule 40(d), trials shall be confirmed no sooner than noon of the first court day of the week and no later than noon of the last court day of the week two weeks prior to the trial date, in such written form as approved by the court. The court may strike the trial date and may impose sanctions and/or terms against the parties or counsel for failure to confirm.
You can confirm your trial online.Or you can fill out and return the Certificate of Trial Confirmation to the Office of Court Administrator two weeks preceding the trial date. If you no longer have the Certificate of Trial Confirmation mailed to you by Court Administration, you can find the form online.

Working copies for all commissioner hearings should be delivered to the designated area located at the end of the hallway of the Commissioner Courtrooms. Once construction is completed, the drop off will be outside the Confirmations office, located just off the main entrance hallway on the first floor. Working copies for all judges should be delivered to Court Administration on the fifth floor, room 5-5620. Guidelines for working copies are outlined in Snohomish County Local Court Rule 7.
